Constructions

As a result of repairing many poorly constructed rooms or buildings & replacing the inferior quality parts & materials used, we know how this affects the customers daily operations & the costs involved, particularly when attempting to rectify some condensation or vapour/water seal  problems, sometimes these cannot be fixed at all without dismantling & starting again, which in most cases is not really an option, so the problem, once created,  will ALWAYS be there. At Professional Coolrooms we ensure these situations do not happen as a result of our workmanship or products when we are contracted to construct any Coolroom, Freezer, Blast Freezer, Food production room or any other insulated panel works.

We manufacture our own insulated panel doors incorporating 150mm x 75mm x 5mm thick internal support aluminium angles (as far as we are aware these are the thickest in the industry) at the top corners which are suited to our Large Heavy Duty Wheel Assemblies which have restraining bolts through the top as well as non slip moulding on the bracket with matching plate & of course, all stainless steel fittings. We source parts manufactured using stainless steel instead of zinc plated steel when available & use powder coated aluminium extrusions as standard in our constructions, rooms & doors.

We use & recommend all of the industry preferred insulated panel types - PIR (Polyisocyanurate) & Xflam (Phenolic composite) fire rated insulated panels as well as EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulated panels as they all meet AQIS food industry standards & with each type having its own advantages & disadvantages in  regards to the requirements of each project, we will discuss all these so that the best outcome is achieved for the customer.
PIR & Xflam Fire Rated Panels are Factory Mutual (FM) approved to FMRC 4880 CLASS 1 fire classification (no height restriction), are classified BCA Group 1 building materials & comply to AS 1530.4 1997 & ISO 9705:1993 requirements.

All EPS works are completed to comply with "BRANZ" Fire Test Certification recommendations (Groups 1, 2 or 3), whichever is relevant to the specific works, eg Coolrooms & Freezers to Group 2 requirements in accordance with BCA 2005 specification C1.10a (aluminium angles & rivets @ maximum 300mm centre spacing etc.)

We can arrange for all Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing & any other trade services as required for the construction project to be completed with minimal disruption to your business & therefore less stress for you.

With never ending changes in Foodsafe regulations, if it's built TODAY to YESTERDAYS standards, Will it meet TOMORROWS requirements!
